We are going to Abu Dhabi for the first time later this year and I currently have reservations at both hotels.

There is a difference in price between the two hotels of about £85 per night -a Club Room at the IC and an Executive Suite on at the CP (City Centre), which includes some laundry, lounge access and airport transfers.

I see there is also a new CP.

I would normally stay at IC hotels, but the cheaper price, room and other benefits at the CP are quite attractive.

A few questions, please, if anyone has had recent experience of either:

1) What Ambassador room upgrade should I expect at the IC?

2) Location - any preferences? We are on holiday with no particular plans. The IC is on the beach, I believe, although I have read some recent tripadvisor comments regarding building work.

3) Any comments about either hotel and the service/quality?

4) Our return flight is 2am the day after we check out - does the CP do late check outs (say 4pm as at the ICs) or is it possible to pay for a later check out at either, say 6pm - without paying for an extra day?
