When are you traveling? Some of the "best" destinations can be not so good in monsoon season...

Keep in mind also that F seats can be a bit hit or miss with some of the Star carriers you need to get to the best places.

Outside of monsoon season, Indian Ocean destinations are superb (Maldives, Seychelles, Mauritius).

Otherwise, I'd second the vote for SE Asia. OZ offers decent connections through ICN and actually releases F seats. From there you can get rather easily to Bali, Phuket, Langkawi...the list goes on.
