I flew LAX-JFK a few weeks ago, and there were no amenity kits. Are there printed menus on PDX/SEA flights or just on SFO/LAX? I would guess DL would try to schedule as many wifi-equipped planes as possible on these premium flights. Do JFK-PDX/LAS/SEA pax get SkyClub lounge access too or is it just LAX/SFO?
SEA/JFK service consists of a choice of two entrees (no printed menus) with salad and fruit. The tray of food is brought all at once. They normally serve a dinner roll with it as well but I was on JFK-SEA on 12/30 and there was no roll even though the tray still had the Land O Lakes butter on the tray.
Dessert is the ice cream truffle sundae.
The snack basket makes an appearance about 1.5 hours before landing (give or take).
