I had the tastiest meal on an aircraft ever a few months ago when I had braised steak on a transatlantic flight ex-LGW. The meat just melted in your mouth and was seasoned perfectly. I could easily have had a second portion.

Perhaps it's better done this way on board, rather than being steak steak!!
