Well after reading this thread last week, i decided to buy the Travel Rest Pillow for my LHR - SIN trip later this month, I bought it from Amazon £14.99 and first thoughts are very positive as am just trying it out watching the TV, although it's not the same as a airline seat, but am sure this product will be great for a long trip.
