Weird beast? Definitely it is.

Thanks Raffles. Forgot to say in my initial post, that I have had the paypal account for years, am Verified and a Premier account, whatever bells and whistles that comes with. So not sure what's happening. I will listen to your advice and wait a few days.

Still not sure if the top up card was processed or not, despite not topping up. Where do you log on to see? Will it be the main paypal account screen or a hidden link?
