My experience with Vz has fortunately been limited. I think they:
1. don't know what 'customer service means'
2. forgot they're a phone company
I won't go into details other than to say we installed dsl internet service and for some reason 48 hrs they cancelled service without explanation. They had no record of install or reason for cancellation......and I spent probably one week, a dozen phone calls, 15-30 minute wait for each call. Still have their modem and other accessories in the attic.
TMO's coverage might not compare with Vz but their CS is excellent.
