If you are interested in Asia you can also apparently use your US miles on QR. Their business class service is excellent...as good as F on many carriers. They fly a 2-class 777 out of JFK. You can connect in Doha to lots of places. They are adding or have added Australia routes recently as well. So you might choose them if there is any availability when you want to go.

The idea of flying the new Turkish F suite might be worth doing as well. You could honeymoon in Turkey.

The new Swiss premium class service is supposed to be pretty nice too.

Again though availability will be your biggest issue.
