If you hate them for over 300,000 reasons, leave. There are many other providers out there.

It seems to me that you got your Blackberry replaced AND unlocked - so what's the problem? It just took them a bit of time to diagnose the problem with the phone.

Your Motorola phone is unlocked, too. What's the problem?

It's ALWAYS better to Google something before calling customer service for anything involving a technology purchase. The reps for cell phone companies, computer manufacturers, etc range from stellar to grossly incompetent. Google and fellow users are much more reliable for troubleshooting.

Today I spent about two hours trying to upgrade my T-mobile Blackberry with a one year contract. I had a friendly rep who told me I could get a one year contract if I went to the store and they called customer care. Turns out that the rep didn't know what she was talking about, and Tmo only offers two year contracts or no contracts. I like Tmo but I expect even a simple thing like an upgrade to take a while, so I budgeted two hours. I was about right. Yeah, it's frustrating, but not everyone is as smart as we are.
