10 AM check out time? How common is this?
Was looking at the new properties scheduled to open in Thailand and the St. Regis Bangkok has hours of 3 pm check in and 10 am check out.

How common is the 10 am check out as I can't remember this coming up too often, although I have never stayed at a St. Regis.
