I think what the OP was saying is that, next to the CX/KA lounge is a QF lounge.
I have been through PVG several times and I believe that this QF longe may be one we cannot access without a QF ticket. The only time I have been able to get into the QF lounge was with my QF ticket. Otherwise, my AA, CX and KA tickets have always routed me to the CX lounge...
