So what are they talking about here? Priceline stays and their ilk? Or what?
I understand that the only bookings through 3rd parties, like the one you mentioned, do not qualify. Also industry rates(airline staff,...), neither.
All my last year stays(2009) qualified, even the ones with 50% discount, 2*1, etc
