I have found Diners Club customer service among the best I know. I love it that their calls are answered by a person 9 out of 10 times. No need to go through voice mail hell, like you do with American Express. Also, Diners' employees seem to be well-trained and capable of handling most enquiries. I still have to find that with Amex - I always get transferred from person to person...
