I was really impressed with the recent customer service I got from Diners Club. I called them on Thursday afternoon and told the representative that I need an additional card ASAP. The representative promised me that he will do his best.

I got a call back on Friday morning asking where I am going to be on Saturday and when I told them I got the card via Saturday UPS at no cost to me to the address I told them to deliver. They just got me as a life time member
