You keep on about fried food but we were in a suite on Liberty of the Seas and the CL had hot appetizers - no fried ones except for one night. Mostly really good meatballs, chicken sate, etc. They also had quite a good selection of cheeses and fruit. I ate apps there every night so I could handle the mediocrity of the food in the dining room.
