* Vicki, a lot of FTers do that - especially the married ones. I think that's a bit different than going through the fax in CC & DL rigamarole & putting (presumably) a different person's name on the ressie 'many times'. Granted, not all married couples have the same last names.

I've not tried to do this (especially the fax scenario) & I'd say a lot of the time it would probably work, but the OP should be prepared that the points might not work out & in that case, just chalk it up to the old college try.
