A relative just flew UA (Skywest) metal from LAX-YVR then AC to LHR.
It was all AC coded.
In LAX, she was told by the UA agent that she had to pay the $50 second bag fee.
Is this correct, seeing as AC allow two free bags?
If the UA agent was in the wrong, what is the best way to claim back the $50?
It was paid with an (Amex) CC.
