I noticed two columns on the electronic fx board in a Citibank in HK last summer. On one column was the exchange rate for a $100US vs the HKD. On the second column was the rate for a TT. The TT column had a better rate. What's a TT? Someone told me it was a telegraphic transfer. Is that the same as a traveler's check? Thanks.
