Some ideas: Eu Yan Sang (chinese TCM alternative medicine purveyors) has TCM doctors at their main shop on New Bridge Road (Chinatown). In addition, the Beijing based Tong Ren Tang (highly reputable outfit and well known in China) offers similar Chinese TCM medications and I presume would have TCM doctors as well. Last but not least, Raffles Hospital (private hospital, geared for foreigner tourists) I have heard has TCM doctors as well; I think they're set up to coordinate TCM and Western treatments.
I'm not a doctor but this is just based on what I've read. I strongly urge you to go on line and see if this outfits can help you with what you need.
