Counsellor - I replied to you on the other thread, but I have recently done exactly what you want to (sign up a new member, give them the 20000 one time bonus) It was no problem at all: just phone Diners and ask them to confirm that it can be done. I spoke to them about exactly this issue on Monday. It's possible that they don't put all the options on the forms - but that doesn't mean that they don't exist.
