I answered my own question. Here's what I found out in case anyone is interested. For 45,000 Diners points you can get a pass for 5 days unlimited (miles) 1st class travel. Here's the question: is 45,000 points alot for a $280 pass. It's kind of high, I think. If you get a "twin pass" for 2 people traveling together it's only $215 per person.
