Sure, happy to help. I've never used the online tool, only the RTW desk. When you told them that you wanted to purchase in Canada with Canadian dollars, did you specifically ask them for the ex-Jordan price? If you didn't, you'll want to check that and get it re-priced
before you buy. Don't know the details about the taxes, as I've never checked. Good luck.
