I'm sure with all the Platinum and Centurion cardholders here, someone has used the Fine Hotels & Resorts program to book the Park Hyatt Tokyo. I'm hoping you can give me an idea of what to expect.

I just booked our May trip to Tokyo through FHR. I was surprised to discover the FHR rate was (slightly) lower than the rate I could get at Hyatt.com. So now I'm curious about what one can expect when staying at this hotel when booking through FHR.

FHR promises "upgrade when available," but I've seen some discussion on the Hyatt board indicating that the PHT never upgrades Hyatt elites. Is that also true of FHR bookings?

What sort of continental breakfast is included?

How is the complimentary afternoon tea?

Any idea what the "extra amenity" at this hotel might be?

Thanks for any light you can shed. We're really looking forward to our 9-night stay, regardless of any "extras."
