I called Frontier’s customer service. The rep first said the additional 1000 miles wouldn’t be awarded until I booked my first flight with Frontier. When I said that wasn’t the way the deal was promoted, he checked with his supervisor and came back to say that the additional 1000 miles would be posted to my account “in another week.”
