Well, the only - reliable - LCC (out of very few serving Japan anyway) flying from Japan to SE Asia is Viva Macau (ZG).
They fly Tokyo (NRT) to Macau (MFM) using B 767-200/300.
I have flown Viva Macau - albeit on a different route - and i was absolutely satisfied with them !

But even Viva Macau does not offer fares i the region of 100,- US$ !!!
Expect return fares of around 450,-US$.
Only alternative are the legacies if they have a special offer but these are difficult to get hold of if you´re outside Japan ...
