A word of caution for those flying on fares that earn 0.5 miles for domestic flights. You will only receive 0.5 miles for domestic portions of international journeys. So YYZ-YVR-HNL gets less miles than YYZ-HNL. CP used to be somewhat flexible on this if you asked them to credit full points but AC sees this differently.
