Doesn't do much for the west, where CP is favoured by the customer. I still need to stand in line tomorrow to check-in for a CP operated flight, being a gold an J paid fare. When will they stop denying that they are still 2 separate operations. I need to travel in early October, not looking forward to the RES3 confusion.
