Unless things have changed over the passed 4 months, The lounge in Dubai before the sleeper service has drinks, sandwiches and 3 hot buffet style choices. It's generally pasta, rice and a curry. It's actually more than enough if you plan on sleeping for most of the flight and waking up for breakfast. The light snack right after take off is either a salad, hot chocolate and cookies (Their signature option, which is not great), or a sandwich. An hour before landing you are served with a full breakfast of either an omelette, another style of eggs or pancakes(I did not think it was that good). My advise would be to get a light dinner in the lounge, have a salad on board as they serve it quite quickly, miss breakfast and have breakfast in the arrivals lounge.

Enjoy.
