You should have a look at Flightstats.com. I was able to pull up the numbers for Oct. 15 - Dec. 15/09 and on-time numbers are very good for the route (around 90%) and delays are minimal (18 minutes on average for the delayed flights). Not many cancelations either. I am not that familiar with how Flightstats works so could not get more historical data, but hopefully you can.
