Thanks for the additional information. I also checked with Marriott and the 5000 point bonus doesn't begin until Jan. 6. When you said it was the Wyndham property I knew exactly where it was located. Marriott has a lot of properties in that area; I'd think they would be over-saturating the market. They do seem to know what they're doing location wise as I rarely hear of one of their places closing.
