there are a lot of operational factors that may have affected the flight.... if u only fly it once every 5 years, then its probably ur unlucky day! also with all the things happening right now, i wont be suprised that there is a domino operational effect on OPs flight.... could be scheduling, staffing/crewing, assigning departure/arrival slot, baggage loading issues and definitely the post Dec 25 incident isnt helping at all.
