There is such an abundance of open space in that area that I would see no need for valet or garage parking. I'm certain you can avoid paying that fee. The rate you were quoted is fantastic. The Fairfield probably charges more. Marriott should be able to turn this property into a very classy hotel. Please report back. I believe they are offering a 5,000 point bonus which is unheard of at that rate.
