Points.com sent me an email in Nov offering "50 extra miles or points in your favorite program for each new program registered" by Dec 17. So, I registered some with them. No miles have posted yet, they said nothing in the original terms and conditions about when miles would post, and they have been taking an extended "not bothering to answer email" break over Xmas.

Does anyone have any experience with how long they might take to post something like this?
