I'd recommend the Fairmont in Montreux over the Beau Rivage. I like Montreux much better. Don't overlook the recommendation for the Hotel des Trois Couronnes in Vevey. Beautiful patio overlooking Lake Geneva and wonderful walking location lakeside.
