I believe the one hour rule applies to INTL flights where Gogo is not typically offered. DL has not run mainline A/C to Canada for a while now and since Gogo isn't on RJs yet this doesn't impact DL Canadian flights either. So far I think domestic flights have escaped the new security rules.
Also, DEN-ATL last week the $12.95 rate was for a 24 hour pass. Great if you have a connecting flight.
