Oval rooms at the very top of the hill, with a 360 view of the Inland Sea. We stayed in Room 401, which had a couple of Keith Haring original paintings. I saw the prices, and they have definitely jacked them up, when we stayed there, I think I paid 15,000 yen per night or something like that. But probably still worth it.
Thanks
Pickles! We've gone ahead and booked the (last) Oval room for a night. It is definitely more expensive now than when you stayed there, but if it's a one-of-a-kind experience it will likely be worth it. I'll be sure to report back here after our stay.
