I have been holding a Centurion Card now for about 2 years and in 2003 I twice received an offer for the regular Amex Gold Card with MR included the first year as a bonus.
Great marketing attempt. Well invested postage...!
BTW: I order 4 luggage tags six weeks ago and have received nothing so far...
