I just had a miserable experience at the LV Hilton, and the letter I am writing is too long to fit in on their little feedback page at Hilton.com. Is there an email address that I can send this letter to other than (or in addition to
[email protected]) so that I can make sure that someone sees it in the customer relations department? I don't want to send it via snail mail. It seems dated to do it that way these days. Thank you.
