When a parent reports a child as a potential threat, that child ought to be given intense scrutiny.
This reminds me of the Madoff scandal and the SEC. They were delivered something gift wrapped on a silver platter, and yet they missed it.
How on earth this was missed, when reported by the father, who happened to be a former finance minister, and the head of the largest bank, is beyond comprehension!!
