Christmas Eve: I served it at my house and we had - Assorted wines, hummus, stuffed mushrooms, pot roast (along with the potatoes and vegetables), croissants, pickles, relish tray and dip, asparagus, baked beans, red velvet cake and cheesecake, coffee.
Christmas Day: My parents spent the night with us, so we served three meals
Breakfast: honeydew melon, cantaloupe, pineapple and grapes (with a fruit dip), scrambled eggs, Irish soda bread (and rapberry jam for dad) Milk, coffee
Lunch: Hamburger vegetable soup, Shrimp salad, assorted crackers, all the leftover fruit and beverages.
Dinner:
Pork chops, Creamy mashed cauliflower, fried potato's, dinner rolls, relish tray and dip, and the Christmas treats I baked, including crispy chocolate sticks.
