Thanks, ACfly, this is promising. I'm still planning to leave early for my 6:05 pm YYZ-EWR but it sounds like AC and CATSA have sorted things out fairly well for today. There are some cancellations, but most transborder flights look like they are leaving with less than 30-minute delay or even (gasp!) on time so far.
