No. Nobody those 2 Middle Eastern are not being charges during in-flight entertainment. He wasn't suspicious behaviors during the flight through PHX.They both of them are continuation next flight out of PHX. It wasn't aware about the middle eastern is not have any problems. He should have to keep his voice down and not talks too loudly on others passengers.
