Alternatively, you can call HA book higher fare class flights in order to qualify for CO mileage. That's still a lot less expensive than what CO gouges for booking thru on continental.com. Someone mentioned that CO (by phone) can sell you the HA-coded flight and add it to you CO itiniery - saves the hassle of checking thru bags on seperate itinieries.
