free hotel denied
I am flying upgraded business (upgraded from class E) HKG -> ICN -> LAX today.

I just called Asiana Airlines and they denied my request for hotel room saying no hotel rooms given to guests from HKG going to Los Angeles. I have a 14 hour layover. I will try to appeal again at ICN.
