And the trouble there is that you cannot find any fare other than the non award paying fare on-line. That includes the first class fare as well. I think that the only way you get OP miles is by booking the flight on CO all the way through to your final destination (which includes the HA segment) and that usually is much more expensive than just doing seperate bookings. At least that was the way it went the last time I made reservations to Hawaii.
