As a Radiologic Technologist who has gone to school so I could take x-rays on human beings I had to learn all about the effects of ionizing radiation on the human body.

I fly almost every week for work and through multiple airports. If these units are eventually installed in every airport they need to prove to me that this increased radiation exposure to a RapiScan isn't going to have any adverse effect on my body.


This is also why we must DEMAND to have a SAFE TRAVELER program once and for all. I already had to be cleared by the Secret Service & FBI when I worked for the 2000 Olympic Games in Salt Lake City.
