So one bad experience (for which you are partly responsible) is enough for you to react like this? I hope you are more balanced in other aspects of your life.
I can tell you from personal experience that Vueling is a lot more responsible and cares a lot more than many other airlines (especially compared to other low-cost airlines).

At BCN, there are generally a lot of announcements (too many in my opinion). So maybe in this case somebody made a mistake. But one mistake does not make this an “irresponsible airline”. And it’s true that AENA (the airport authority) and not Vueling is responsible for the announcements.

And how on earth is Vueling responsible for finding you a hotel? They are no tourist information service...
