Over the past few months, there has been what I consider to be a troubling development on FT: Some posters have stopped sharing information openly, but rather started speaking in code (also see the "trick" threads in the MR forum) or sharing deals by PM. This forum is not here for "PM me" posts, nor is it a forum for free legal advice on deals you didn't share. Had this been posted while it was active, more FTers would have a stake in it, but as is, there's no reason to having this thread in the hotel deals forum. I would recommend checking previous mistake rate threads to see how these matters usually unfold, calling an attorney, or petitioning Talk Board to create a "Help with travel-related lawsuits" forum.
