For questions relating to your EY miles, the obvious answer would be their website. It would be able to tell you how to get there, as well as stopover.

Wherever you want to go, the choice is yours. You have to decide on what it is that you want to do, and then do the research. Cos I have no idea what it is that you want.

Since you've won the miles, and congratulations on that.... then go with award tickets. Their First Class is supposed to be out of this world and above and beyond that of EK's.
