Do pilots/cabin crew fly to different destinations often?
Just curious to know how often pilots and cabin crew get to fly to different destinations?
For instance, if a pilot is flying LHR to SYD this week, would he/she be assigned to LHR-NRT etc next week? Are they shuffled around on a weekly / monthly / yearly basis?
